Judy Aspesi and her son, Scott Aspesi, established Dewz Restaurant in 1997. Judy, Scott, and their staff strive to continuously provide Dewz customers with great food and excellent service in a clean and ambient atmosphere, so you can relax; enjoy and have fun.
Scott named Dewz in honor of his only brother Dewayne who passed away in 1996 at the very young age of 26 after an arduous battle with leukemia.
Both Judy and Scott are ‘hands on’ owners who energetically oversee the restaurant’s everyday operations. They purchase only the finest fresh ingredients for their patron’s dishes and are committed to the meticulous preparation of each plate to assure that you, their guests, enjoy the finest of dining experiences.
